Experience Matters

I get it. A lot of people view Realtors as a small step up from a cheesy used car salesman. I've been in the business 22+ years and would tend to agree with that generalization.

Did you know 95% of the real estate transactions are completed by about 5% of the licensed agents?

Did you know there is an 84% turnover rate in this business? Fry cooks at Arby's don't rotate out that fast!

Did you know 70%+ of agents are part time? They'll never disclose that, but you'll know because you'll have a hard time reaching them during the day. The agents on the other side of their transactions can't reach them during the day, nor can the title companies or the mortgage companies. They work day jobs or are watching the kids and then handle their business after their day jobs, dinner, and homework with kids. That is not a successful way to handle one of your largest investments.

It is important to have someone 1) full time 2) experienced 3) well regarded by past clients.

I have a bachelors in Business Administration and spent 11 years in the corporate world managing IT/telecom businesses prior to starting my real estate career. I am a broker, which means I have 6X+ the education of a licensed agent. I've helped over 2000 families over the last 22+ years. I am full time (and then some). Almost 84% of my business is generated from referral of past clients.

Oh, and by the way, did you know the seller pays my fee when I represent you as a buyer?
